(HT Fashion)to conduct a research activity on the theme of "providing employment assistance to women affected by childbirth". During the research and discussion, Ning Yanxue, Deputy Minister of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and Secretary/Director of the Party Organization of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Bai Aixue, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group of the Municipal Health Commission and Executive Vice President of the Municipal Family Planning Association, as well as members of the Provincial and Municipal Political Consultative Conference and enterprise representatives, expressed important views on the research topic.

Chairman Li Lin elaborated on the main practices of the group in caring for female employees at the symposium. HT Fashion has always remembered General Secretary Xi Jinping's instructions of "serving the country through industry and promoting the country through hard work". In the past 13 years of entrepreneurship, it has more than 3000 employees, including 2415 female employees, accounting for 80% of the total. Emphasis is placed on caring for the working environment of employees, and the company has established water bar counters, fitness centers (yoga rooms), maternity and baby rooms, etc. to provide more convenient and practical benefits for female employees. Implementing flexible work schedules during off peak hours, organizing various holiday and parent-child activities, developing recruitment and career plans based on employees' personal birth plans, setting up mother classes in some factories, supplementing insurance benefits, providing financial aid for impoverished families, supporting and encouraging single employees to actively participate in social activities, and emphasizing the cultivation of the second generation of Hong Kong women. Through various measures, we provide strong guarantees for women's employment.

Chairman Lei Jie stated that there are already many difficulties in the operation of private enterprises.
