Multiple Initiatives to Encourage Innovation and Stimulate Vitality

HT Fashion encourages talent to continuously innovate in their work, enhancing productivity. Through various channels, employees are promoted, and an effective innovation incentive mechanism has been established. Fair competition allows employees to receive special financial support, and they are encouraged to apply for patents under their own names.

HT Fashion has implemented various training and reward programs to support personal development, including incentives for designers, rewards for training instructors, regular skills training, onboarding training for new employees, and encouragement to participate in skill competitions with corresponding rewards. These programs help employees strengthen their foundational knowledge and improve their professional skills. By participating in various competitions, employees have earned numerous awards, such as the "Shandong Province Technical Expert 2022," "Shandong Fashion Design Innovation Figure in the Textile and Garment Industry 2022," and "Shandong Fashion Design Pioneer in the Textile and Garment Industry 2023."

Collaborative Education and Establishing Internship Positions

HT Fashion focuses on talent development programs in collaboration with universities, co-founding educational initiatives such as the "HT Class" and "HT Academy." Competitions are organized for students, and universities receive data support, product support, and teaching guidance. Practical training in cross-border e-commerce and live-streaming sales is also provided, offering various internship opportunities to enhance students' employability.

Most departments at HT Fashion have established internship positions for university students. In addition to sponsoring campus entrepreneurship projects, the company has opened internship pathways through school-enterprise collaborations. The number of students entering HT Fashion through these internships has steadily increased in recent years, helping to alleviate the employment pressures faced by university graduates. Each year, representatives from various universities visit HT Fashion to discuss talent development, reaching multiple agreements, which are gradually put into practice.

Collaborative Construction and Sharing of Practical Training Bases

Through close partnerships, teaching and research activities for faculty, practical teaching for students, and the production processes of enterprises are integrated, effectively promoting the systematic construction of a collaborative training base model between schools and enterprises. This provides continuous momentum for talent cultivation and industry development. Given the strong practical nature and subjectivity of the fashion major, a complementary and mutually beneficial cooperation model is adopted to optimize the allocation of teaching resources from both schools and enterprises, achieving shared resources and joint talent development.
From the start of their studies, freshmen majoring in fashion or international trade are provided with practical teaching plans on campus, which align with HT Fashion’s development strategy. These dual-learning programs are designed to preemptively cultivate targeted talent. Upon graduation, these students are directly placed into relevant positions at HT Fashion and can return to campus for further training when necessary. This combination of theoretical and practical training has received strong support and recognition from various universities.

Collaboration with Multiple Professional Institutions

HT Fashion has established partnerships with numerous universities and colleges, including Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology, Qingdao University, Qilu University of Technology, Shandong Vocational College of Foreign Trade, Shandong Vocational College of Clothing, Shandong University of Art & Design, and Jinan Engineering Vocational Technical College. The collaboration takes various forms: HT Fashion established the Hongtian International Business School at Shandong Vocational College of Foreign Trade and signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement. Additionally, the company initiated a "3+2" joint training program with Shandong University of Art & Design and Jinan Engineering Vocational Technical College, and established a practical training base for the fashion program. HT Fashion also set up an employment and education training base at Qilu University of Technology.
