In a way, the process of perfecting the ODM supply chain is also a reflection of HT Fashion's core business growth. Within HT Fashion's key business operations, ODM supply chain services have matured, forming a distinct service brand for the company.

In 2023, HT Fashion's "Garment ODM Supply Chain Services" was recognized as a "Well-Known Brand in Shandong" by the Shandong Brand Construction Promotion Association.

INTELLIGENT MANUFACTURING

Data-driven decisions improve industry competitiveness

Intelligent digital production and manufacturing have achieved the integration of information technology and clothing digitalization in technology, products, business and industry. It has been improved in the formulation of digital transformation strategies, data-driven decision-making, introduction of intelligent manufacturing technology, establishment of digital supply chain, innovation of sales and service models, cultivation of digital talents, continuous improvement and optimization, etc. The information systems currently applied and produced include: ERP/MES/CAD/3D CLO/STYLE 3D, digital intelligent devices: conveyor needle detector, Digieye color management, constant temperature and humidity physical laboratory, Hongtian laboratory shrinkage tester, factory constant temperature and humidity down laboratory equipment, intelligent three-dimensional warehousing, etc.

PRODUCT INSPECTION

Inspection and Testing: HT Fashion's Core Assurance of Product Risk and Quality Control

We have set up a physical and chemical laboratory that meets international testing standards to inspect fabrics and accessories, strengthening internal product safety controls and creating a dedicated quality management and supervision system. Throughout the bulk production process, QC and QA teams conduct full monitoring. The Wenshang Hongxing Inspection Center has been specially established and works with third-party inspection agencies for garment testing, along with specialized environmental storage testing, to strictly ensure product quality.

PRINT & EMBROIDERY

Smart and enviromentally friendly printing embroidery project

HT Fashion’s 3 million piece printing and embroidery project is equipped with 17 automatic and conventional printing and embroidery production lines. While meeting the internal production needs of the group, it also has the capacity to serve external brands. Additionally, the project plays a significant role in extending and strengthening the local industrial chain, promoting the aggregation of upstream and downstream industries, and enabling the shift from processing and production to a more comprehensive industry chain extension.
