HT Fashion's 3 million piece printing and embroidery project is equipped with 17 automatic and conventional printing and embroidery production lines. While meeting the internal production needs of the group, it also has the capacity to serve external brands. Additionally, the project plays a significant role in extending and strengthening the local industrial chain, promoting the aggregation of upstream and downstream industries, and enabling the shift from processing and production to a more comprehensive industry chain extension.

With precise control systems and high-resolution embroidery heads, high-precision stitching is achieved, ensuring that even the finest lines or intricate patterns are accurately represented on the fabric, guaranteeing product quality. It easily enables diversified digital designs, allowing designers to create a variety of patterns and designs to meet the diverse needs of the market. Additionally, by reducing reliance on manual labor and optimizing production processes, material waste is minimized, resulting in lower costs.

HT Fashion's Printing and Embroidery Center has passed the environmental protection inspection for its project of 3 million digitally printed garment pieces and finished garments annually. The introduction of advanced equipment has significantly improved the levels of intelligent, flexible, and lean production in garment processing. Additionally, it has had a clear impact on enhancing and extending the local industrial chain.

Equipped with world-class fully automatic printing machines, the production capacity can be rapidly expanded through modular combinations. Real-time production monitoring allows for automatic control of machine operations based on time and quantity, greatly enhancing efficiency and output. The computerized embroidery machines, with needle speeds of up to 1200 revolutions per minute, ensure a balance between increased efficiency and high quality.
