Job Responsibilities:

1. According to the company's order plan, coordinate with the supplier to carry out preliminary production matters;
2. Supervise and track the production of ordered goods, as well as the quality of the produced products;
3. Responsible for product delivery time and quality issues, ensuring on-time, quality, and quantity delivery;
4. Communicate, coordinate, and promptly identify and resolve production issues with the factory;
5. Report product quality and production progress to the superior manager at any time, and provide feedback on factory information;
6. Proficient in sample clothing production, experience in following down jackets is preferred.

Job requirements:

1. More than 2 years of experience in foreign trade of woven clothing, with priority given to those who can use office software;
2. Familiar with clothing quality inspection and production process flow;
3. Strong factory production organization and coordination skills, adaptable to on-site or business trips within the province, and strong ability to withstand pressure;
4. Good character, able to endure hardship, and possessing good communication and coordination skills.
