Special training on legal responsibilities and risk prevention for middle and senior management personnel was held at HT Fashon headquarters

On June 26, the Group organized legal knowledge training for middle and senior management personnel. This training is to further enhance the legal risk prevention awareness and legal management level of middle and senior management personnel of HT Fashion in business management, and to help the Group achieve sustainable and healthy development.

The training was taught by Director Yang of Shandong Jingkang Law Firm, the HT Fashion's legal adviser. Director Yang talked about the four aspects of "Legislative evolution of my country's Company Law", "Main changes in the new Company Law in 2024", "Legal responsibilities and obligations of senior company managers", and "Practical analysis and prevention of company legal liability issues". Combining years of legal service experience, he took the form of combining theoretical knowledge with typical cases and made an in-depth and detailed explanation. Everyone listened attentively and interacted actively at the training site, and everyone had a clearer understanding of the importance of laws and regulations in business operations.
