On September 24, the Jinan headquarters of HT Fashion welcomed teachers and students from Shandong University of Arts and design for a study and exchange activity. This activity is a very important part of the series of teaching activities of "Industry-Education Integration and Collaborative Education" between HT Fashion and the School of Fashion of Shandong University of Arts and design, and is also one of the follow-up activities after the corporate mentors went to the school to teach on September 19.

The research content mainly includes two important links: visits and exchanges. In response to the topic of professional and industrial integration, the group organized and arranged teachers and students to visit Hongtian Group's corporate laboratory, clothing exhibition hall, technology research and development center and other departments in an orderly manner; by showing Hongtian's history and outstanding achievements and important activities in recent years, the students had extensive exchanges with relevant persons in charge of Hongtian Group, from Hongtian's development history to business models, from corporate culture to independent brand building, from technology research and development to Hongtian ODM supply chain services, so that everyone has a new understanding of the "smart transformation and digital transformation" of the traditional clothing industry. Coincidentally, it happened that the independent brand department was conducting clothing selection and review. The person in charge of RC children's clothing design did not shy away from inviting everyone to participate and enthusiastically explained the selection and review process of the children's clothing brand RC (Red Copper).

The research team consists of nearly 100 teachers and students from the School of Fashion of Shandong Institute of Arts and Crafts. The research activities have inspired the students' enthusiasm for participating in the development of the clothing industry. When talking about the gains from the research, some students said that the theoretical knowledge learned in the classroom finally found the corresponding scene here. Some students said that the humanistic environment in Hongtian is impressive.

The research activities have laid a good foundation for the smooth promotion of the subsequent activities of the integration of industry, academia and research between Hongtian Group and Shandong Institute of Arts and Crafts Fashion.
