On September 19, the "Industry-Education Integration and Collaborative Education" series of teaching activities jointly organized by HT Fashion and Shandong Institute of Arts & Design was held at Shandong university of Arts & Design. The activity was in the form of corporate mentors entering the classroom, combining theory with practice. The heads of various departments of RC's independent brands of HT Fashion gave lectures as corporate mentors.

The lectures were conducted based on the needs of the college's courses and centered around the two modules of "Brand Clothing Planning and Design" and "Ready-to-wear Project Design". The corporate mentors gave detailed explanations of the RC brand profile, brand development process and business plan to the students, and asked the students to design independently around the design themes in the business plan based on actual cases. In the next step, the corporate mentors will provide guidance on the selection of all styles designed by the students in combination with the school-enterprise course nodes, comment on them and further put forward specific requirements. Continuously teaching students in various forms allows students to connect with real market needs during the learning process and improve their practical ability and practical problem-solving ability.

The "Industry-Education Integration and Collaborative Education" teaching activity is one of the important measures for HT Fashion to further enter the campus and carry out the industry-education integration and talent training in a new model. HT Fashion will continue to work with the Fashion College of Shandong university of Arts & Design to further promote and continuously develop a new model of industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation to cultivate high-quality professional skilled talents for the society.
