Against the background of accelerated green transformation of the global economy, ESG has changed from an “optional” to a “mandatory” question in enterprise development. On January 15, HT Fashion invited Director Hu Kehua of China Textile Industry Federation to hold a training class on sustainable development at HT Fashion, aiming to enhance the Group's knowledge and practice in the field of sustainable development, and to promote the green transformation of the enterprise and the care of employees.

HT Fashion's middle and senior management, R&D staff, production management and relevant personnel from the human resources department were encouraged to attend this training. The training was organized in a combined online and offline format.

The training centered on “Sustainable Development - ESG, 3060 Climate Innovation, Family Friendly”. In the field of ESG, Mr. Hu detailed the domestic and international standards and trends in the apparel industry, and guided the enterprises to meet the market demand and explore the potential. In 3060 Climate Innovation, Mr. Hu explained the background of relevant policies and the direction of low-carbon transformation of the industry. In the family-friendly area, Mr. Hu explained the importance of balancing family and work, and shared his thoughts on building a harmonious workplace atmosphere.

Facing the wave of green transformation in the global economy, HT Fashion has gained an in-depth understanding of the application of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) in corporate operations through this special training. The training not only covered the analysis of ESG standards, but also involved industry best practice case studies, laying a solid foundation for the future sustainable development of the enterprise.
