Mingxuan Clothing Jinan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Mingxuan) is located in the Chajiu Industrial Park, Zhangqiu District, Jinan, and was established in 2011. In 2019, due to business expansion, Mingxuan established a branch at Ezhang. In July 2013, Mingxuan expanded beyond sample production by adding production lines for mass production.

Mingxuan employs a group of experienced professionals, full of energy, with most employees having 10 to 20 years of experience in the garment production industry. It has now developed into an important technical research, development, and production branch of HT Fashion, working closely with HT Garment Jinan Co., Ltd. on sample production and mass production. The company's main products include down jackets, cotton-padded coats, jackets, casual outerwear, woolen coats, outdoor functional cold-weather clothing, and casual pants, primarily woven garments.
