Hongsheng Clothing Wenshang Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hongsheng) is an intelligent digital printing and embroidery center invested and established by HT Fashion. It was established in October 2021 and officially put into production in December 2022. It is a branch of HT Fashion in the Jining area together with Hongxing Clothing Wenshang Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hongxing). Due to factors such as sustainable project design, Hongsheng and Hongxing factories are both located in the same factory area of Wenshang County Economic Development Zone, Jining City, Shandong Province.

Hongsheng's 4-million-piece printing and embroidery project and Hongxing's 2-million-piece inspection products are planned to cover an area of more than 7,000 square meters. They have more than 100 sets of fully automatic printing, embroidery, and inspection equipment, and the project can achieve an annual tax revenue of more than 2 million. At present, the printing project has begun to serve more than 10 processing plants of HT Fashion. In addition to being used by HT Fashion, the embroidery project also provides products for many enterprises in the county.

The printing project uses world-class fully automatic printing equipment. Through modular combination, it can quickly expand production capacity; with PLC modules and touch screens, the production quantity can be viewed in real time, and the operation of the machine can be automatically controlled according to time and quantity to quickly expand production capacity. The embroidery project uses advanced computer embroidery equipment from Tajima, and the embroidery needle can reach 1,200 revolutions per minute, improving efficiency while ensuring product quality.

This project has a significant effect on extending and supplementing the Wenshang industrial chain and has received strong support from the local government. Through the development means of building, extending, supplementing, and strengthening the chain, HT Fashion has promoted the agglomeration of upstream and downstream industries in the industrial chain, realizing the extension from processing and production to both ends of the upstream and downstream industrial chains, and filling the gap in high-end printing and embroidery products in the Wenshang clothing industry chain.

The project design fully takes into account sustainable development and plays a key role in effectively improving the level of industry development. The Hongxing and Hongsheng projects adopt green and environmentally friendly equipment and processes, effectively reducing the consumption of labor and auxiliary resources, and improving the automation, flexibility, and lean production levels of garment processing, providing higher industry standards for enterprises in the sector and becoming a leading enterprise in the garment industry in southwest Shandong.
